• 60% sand - spreads easily and improves drainage

• Less than 30% clay - Adds just enough structure to help the material hold together and retain moisture without becoming too heavy

• 4-6% organic matter (sawdust & manure) -nourishes your lawn and supports healthy grass growth

The combo makes it easy to spread, smooths out uneven turf well, and helps grass recover quickly instead of getting buried or stressed.
